You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using SnapSell AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. LISTING GUIDELINES
All listings created through SnapSell AI must accurately represent the items being sold. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your listings, including descriptions, prices, and images.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapSell AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
The App uses artificial intelligence to enhance photos and generate listing descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all content before posting.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SnapSell AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
